The Batman Bridge is a modern road bridge that carries the Batman Highway across the Tamar River, between Whirlpool Reach, Hillwood at its eastern end and Sidmouth / Deviot midpoint at its western end, in north Tasmania, Australia. The bridge connects the Batman Highway with the West Tamar Highway (state route A7) and the East Tamar Highway (state route A8). The bridge overlooks the Deviot Sailing Club and is named in honour of John Batman, a Launceston businessman and co-founder of Melbourne

As a resident of Hillwood, thankyou for the Batman bridge. Several months ago i even downloaded the sdk and blender thinking I could give it a go, but it takes more than my wishfull thinking. Thankyou again. p.s. Works fine with update 5 on my medium system.

The bridge was a members request from my website. So I'm so pleased that you enjoyed it!

No problems. I was very low when I passed over it so it was noticeable. At a legal altitude it would not be an issue. Thanks for the bridge

Thanks for the Batman Bridge as the Tamar is not the same without it. Just one comment is that on the western end the bridge has a large drop to the road.
Thanks

A pleasure Ian. It was tricky trying to manipulate the underlying very steep topology so It was a compromise.
