Installation:
- You need to download the Altitude Client "https://www.ivao.aero/softdev/beta/altitudebeta.asp"
- Install Altitude onto your Desktop - ensure you install the CSL/MTL File
- Check your Community Folder to make sure ivao_x_csl file is installed
- If you don't use IVAO you can uninstall the pilot client at this point (I did)
- Open your vPilot Client and go to: Settings > Model Matching (MSFS) > Custom Rules.
- Click "Add Custom Rule Set(s)" and navigate to where you stored your "ModelMatching_infernoboy.vmr" file
I am new to model matching in VATSIM. I just followed your steps and I'm getting various of the following messages. Am I doing anything wrong?
[23:04:07] Failed to create aircraft ASA1056 using model "A320WASAWL". The model may be corrupt or missing. vPilot will try to create the aircraft with a different model.
[23:04:07] Failed to create aircraft DAL8841 using model "A319DAL". The model may be corrupt or missing. vPilot will try to create the aircraft with a different model.
