a livery template and all the uv's (including the interior) for the new Halo Pelican
i started working on this but not sure i will even paint the ship, i kinda like one of the default's so not sure i need a custom livery, but i thought others may wish to, so i thought i would go ahead and share these

Thanks for the paint kit! Didn't realize until now there was one since there's so few Pelican liveries on here. Only question is with the current update to the Pelican in SU10 is this still fully compatible?

yes it should still work, nothing in the updates would have change the model itself afaik so all the UV maps would still be the same
i did pull 2 uvs and compare them, they verify that nothing appears to have changed
really 'paint kits' are not a necessity for making a livery but may help some, i did a video on how to make a livery from scratch using the official files if your interested

Use Blender and paint it in 3D. It's easier.

it can be, some things you can do in 2d easier tho - like paint the interior
to me using blenders paint system is like finger painting, its not a very powerfull paint system but its great for those pesky curves and across multiple parts
so i use both, i tend to start out with blender then do some fine touch up and the interior in 2d
for the most part this is supposed to be a template, even using blender you need the addon to get the paint in the game, i just like having the uv's available, you dont have to use them
