Hello and thank you. This has nothing to do with a livery. The fault must lie elsewhere.
If there is an error in the livery, the relevant livery does not load. The error must be something else. Sorry I couldn't help further.

The livery is missing a few details such as the Oneworld logo near the L1 boarding door, while it appears in the previews on the website, it is not appearing on the livery. Coloring is also slightly off, the gray is too light, appearing almost white, and the American text along with the registration and fin number is too dark, appearing almost black. Texturing of the APU exhaust should also be darker. I am however impressed with the cockpit.

After unpacking, you must first open the file and insert the next file into the community, as indicated on the description.

It says its compatible with update 5, however I experienced some mild to major graphical glitches and flickering with this livery when I had the runway lights on at night. It needs to be updated, so don't trust that it says fully compatible with update 5.
