Mo i Rana Airport, Fagerlia is an airport not yet built. It is an airport project that in the future might be the main airport for Helgeland area in Northern Norway close to the arctic circle.
The project has now been approved by ESA and Norwegian Authorities.
Wil it be named Fagerlia? (Apparently, yes) Will it have the ICAO code ENRF? NO. Apparently it will be named ENMR. Will the runway be named 07-25? Nope. It will be named 08-26. (Work in progress to update runway and signs when more info available.)
There has been a decision to build a runway with a lenght of 2400 meters. The runway will be changed when more official data is available.
The airport is based on some officially released sketches, and I've taken the liberty to make it how it might look in the future.
I've made some custom models like the Terminal, Firestation/Cargo building, Remote Tower, Wigwags and airport signs and some other assets.
NOTE: If you have installed an earlier version of ENRF , please remove the folder tog-enrf-fagerlia and replace it with the new tog-enmr-fagerlia in your Community folder.
IDME 07 MOR: 109.95 , 074 degrees.
IDME 25 LIA: 111.10 , 254 degrees.
This is my second MSFS 2020 scenery. Check out my first scenery: https://flightsim.to/file/28562/orkland-fictional-airport-enok
NOTE: If you have downloaded the excellent addon "Powerlines and Solar Farms" by mamu82 https://flightsim.to/file/26186/powerlines-and-solar-farms# there might be power masts and powerlines crossing the runway! This is solved in the model but you need to set tog-enmr-fagerlia with a higher priority than the powerlines.

Other than that, awesome work =)

You are obviously very talented but why spend that talent on fictional airports and airports that yet not even exist. Why not tackle the many norwegian airports that are stuck with default building and lack the type of custom things you do and do well. ENEV Evenes comes to mind among many others.

Hi! Thank you for good feedback. I believe that ENEV is in works by some others with upcoming custom made 3D buildings already. (According to forums on flightsim.no) I have receieved other requests to make existing Norwegian airports (like ENGK), but to make an existing airport it takes a lot more time in just collecting data. Like photos of buildings (ideally one should be on site to take photos), terrain data, photos of the area etc. And I don't want to "step on someones toes" to make scenery that has already been built. (ENRO was an exception....). But that being said, I have some ideas that might evolve into airport sceneries of real airports. I haven't really decided yet. I have no new projects in the works at the moment.

Runway wear texture on the landing zone looks really bad from far away... Looks like shiny 3d pilons/objects sticking out of the landing zone. Hope you can fix. Beautiful airport, thanks for the detail and updating norways airports

Ok. Thanks for feedback. Will look into it. There will be an updated version with a new (correct) ICAO code shortly.

Very nice airport. But here are still some norwegian airport with boring defaujlt buildings which could do with an update.
X-plane got huge object libraries where inteesting objects could be converted instead of makeing them from scratch.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. I agree. There are still some norwegian airports that needs to be redone. But there are also some great norwegian airports made already. I have no knowledge of X-plane at all. I'm not sure about the legal issues using assets converted from X-plane? I guess I will have to take look into that.

Very nice work! How did you get the chopper in? Is it a bought model or did you model everything yourself?

Thanks for you feedback. Unfortunately I didn't make this splendid helicopter myself. It's a part of the fs_base objects. I Agree. It's really nice.
