This is a repaint for the Microsoft/iniBuilds Bell 47J Ranger (Local Legend 14). VH-THG, c/n 1836, was used in an airport city shuttle between Essendon airport and Melbourne city heliport.
On the real helicopter the floats were labelled TAA HELICAB. Unfortunately the textures on the iniBuilds 47J are mirrored. To avoid completely white floats, I decided to use a stylised version of the lettering.
Installation
Just drag and drop the 'livery-bell47j-vh-thg' folder to your MSFS Community folder.

Given the passage of so much time it's especially good to see anything TAA appear.
I was a young boy when I used to roam the tarmacs at Essendon airport on weekends and can recall walking up to the very damaged remains of the TAA 47 that crashed on the job.
It was laying outside the Viscount / Electra hangar doors near Bulla Rd.
Shame about the difficulties repainting the floats. I was hoping to get this colour scheme but personally would have settled for plain white floats instead of what appears too futuristic for that once very, very conservative era.
Irrespective ofme, good on you for doing a great job.
Kind regards,
